From challenge to transformation
The Approach
We built a complete guest experience platform: mobile and web apps for guests (iOS, Android, PWA), a management dashboard for staff, AI chatbot support, and smart room controls. Guests check in from their phones, order room service, book spa treatments, control lights and thermostats, and check out with contactless payment. Using React Native, we achieved 98% code sharing between iOS and Android. The white-label architecture lets any hotel brand customize the experience.

COVID-19 accelerated the demand for contactless hotel experiences. But guests wanted more than just safety—they wanted convenience, personalization, and the feeling of control. Nomadix needed a platform that could serve multiple hotel brands, handle everything from mobile check-in to smart room controls, and scale to thousands of properties.
